The goods have keep natural fruit color effect, can also be used as additives, promote the extraction pectin yeast growth with agent, confecting without salt, soy sauce, vinegar, improve the flavor and margarine with pickles, mayonnaise, etc to emulsify stabilizer. Widely used for various anti-corrosion, seasoning etc blends with additives. 4ml alcohol, 1.7 ml ether, 0.7 ml methanol, 2.3 ml propanol, hardly soluble in benzene. Has appropriate sour.
